WIP Little Blue Horns

Lookie! :D Someone's getting a little friend! Work in Progress of "Little Blue Horns" :) He is going to have blue horns, of course and a cute bow tie. He and Little Red Horns will be a purrrfect too adorably sweet to be evil pair.
