I'm working on a new painting for the July, The Rabbit Hole Artist Collective, "Alice in Wonderland" Art Auction :D I'm finally painting the Cheshire Cat! I've added a bunch of Wonderland elements that will be floating around him. This is just the rough sketch and the image transfered to my canvas to start painting.

It's an online group of extremely talented artists that share their work in an online gallery and have online bimonthly themed art auctions. Alien Cats at Eight And Sand Art Gallery

My Original "Alien Cat" & "Alien Cats" Paintings are in the I Want to Believe group show at Eight And Sand Art Gallery in the Seattle, WA Georgetown area. The show will run through June 12th. There is a lot of really cool artwork in this show. You can see them all here,http://eightandsand.storenvy.com/collections/1111086-i-want-to-believe  My 2 Alien Cat paintings both come with framed I painted to match them purrfectly. The artworks each measure 8" x 10" (12.5 x 10.5" framed), is signed & dated on the front and on the back it’s also signed and dated with the title too. Today is the 78 Tarot Nautical Kickstarter Launch Party! I have created the "King Of Pentacles" for this tarot deck. Anakin & I would like to invite you all to the party! 78 Tarot, "Meet Carrie Hawks, Tigerpixie Art Studio, who returns to our Nautical deck to create the King of Pentacles. Carrie Hawks often incorporates elements of fantasy within the feline art that she creates. She works primarily with acrylics, using bold colors to create mystic, vivid cats, with “feathered eyes” which has become her trademark. She pulls inspiration from her own cats, who are often models for her work."

Alien Cats WIPS! In the old version the cats each have a crystal necklace. They will have updated necklaces and I'm added crystals to the planets too :) 

WIPS New Alien Cats!

I'm working on updated versions of my Alien Cats for the Eight and Sand Gallery's May Show, I Want To Believe. The backgrounds are done. Time to paint some green alien kitties! I am painting both at the same time so they'll match purrrfectly. These are on panels and I've painted the frames as part of the images.
